Discover Seaside Parks Tour

On Sunday, June 22nd from 1-4pm, FOSPA stewards invite you to take a self-guided tour to see all the wonderful things our Seaside neighborhood parks have to offer.  Celebrate recent improvements! Learn more about pollinator gardens!
Play games! Take a picnic! Meet your neighbors! Get some exercise! Have fun!

On Saturday, June 22, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, community members are invited to take part in Discover Seaside Parks, a free, self-guided tour of nine neighborhood parks throughout the City of Seaside.

The event is co-hosted by Friends of Seaside Parks, Sustainable Seaside, and the City of Seaside, celebrating years of community-led park improvements, pollinator planting, and neighborhood pride.

Participants are encouraged to visit one or all nine participating parks: Beta, Capra, Durant, Farallones, Havana Soliz, Highland Otis, Lincoln Cunningham, Martin, and Mescal Neil. Each park will feature interactive activities, games, and a chance to meet the local park stewards who help maintain and beautify these vital community spaces.

In addition to family-friendly fun, visitors can learn about native plants and pollinators and gather ideas and resources for creating their own earth-friendly gardens at home. As a bonus, the first 10 participants to visit all nine parks will receive a free earth-friendly prize.

This event highlights how local efforts can transform public spaces into beautiful, welcoming places for people, pollinators, and play.

No registration is required. Just pick up a map, plan your route, and enjoy an afternoon exploring Seaside’s treasured neighborhood parks.
