Open House and Bus Tours – Fort Ord Army Cleanup

The public is invited to an Open House and a FREE bus tour, showing parts of the former Fort Ord that are currently restricted to the public.  The focus is on munitions cleanup, prescribed burn program, habitat management, and Environmental Services Cooperative Agreement.

Bus tours last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Space will be limited.
Signing up in advance will ensure a seat on the bus. Two different tours will be available at each tour time.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE BUS TOURS:  
Sign-ups begin July 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
