Stage Performances
The Palenke Arts Afro Cuban Drummers will take you on a musical journal as you experience the vibrant beats of the African diaspora. Starting in Cuba with lively rumbas, they’ll move through Puerto Rico, South America, and the Congo in Africa. It’s an unforgettable celebration of culture and sound!
The Hovering Cat Duo features Derek Bodkin and Harry Thomas. They perform a mix of Americana originals and familiar tunes with their unique twist. Singer-songwriter Derek Bodkin, who lives in Seaside, competed in the 2017 Masters of Musical Whistling competition in Los Angeles. He won five trophies, including Masters of Musical Whistling WORLD CHAMPION 2017. Harry Thomas, singer-songwriter and harmonica player, has been called “Monterey’s rockin’ harp monster”.
