Friends of Seaside Parks (FOSPA) is a 501c3 and works collaboratively with the City of Seaside Public Works, Sustainable Seaside, Resource Conservation District of Monterey County, Blue Zones Project of Monterey County, Habitat Stewardship Project Monterey Bay, a league of volunteers, other community partners.
